ShireGoodsŪ is a teeny, tiny wholesale artisan salt company located in Evergreen, Colorado. We create a variety of intensely flavored sea salts using only the very freshest (and where possible, organic), locally grown vegetables, fruits, herbs and spices. These salts are truly not for the faint of palete!
February 2011 Update: We've been working on two new batches, and also developing some new packaging in conjunction with a local retailer who is utterly smitten with our salts! We've also been getting a great deal of feedback (all of it raving thankfully!) on all of the samples we've given out to date. We continue to encourage eveyone who has tried our salts to email us and let us know what you think of each blend and how you're using them.
